. É nativa do México, cresce em climas áridos e quentes e também em climas mais
frios. Devido à sua aparência com outras
plantas da família sedum, é cultivada como planta de jardim. No inverno,
as folhas ficam vermelhas. Como planta medicinal
usa-se o suco fresco de suas
folhas para no tratamento de doenças gástricas,
inflamações, contusões, torções, machucaduras, feridas gangrenosas, úlceras,
epilepsia, pele, cefaleias, dor no estomago
e como vulnerária.
Sedum dendroideum, is a plant of the family Crassulaceae. It is native to Mexico, grows in arid and hot climates and also in colder climates. Due to its appearance with other plants of the sedum family, it is grown as a garden plant. In winter the leaves turn red. As a medicinal plant the fresh juice of its leaves is used for the treatment of gastric diseases, inflammation, bruises, sprains, bruises, gangrenous wounds, ulcers, epilepsy, skin, headache, stomach pain and as a vulnerable.
