. É nativa do México, cresce em climas áridos e quentes e também em climas mais
frios. Devido à sua aparência com outras
plantas da família sedum, é cultivada como planta de jardim. No inverno,
as folhas ficam vermelhas. Como planta medicinal
usa-se o suco fresco de suas
folhas para no tratamento de doenças gástricas,
inflamações, contusões, torções, machucaduras, feridas gangrenosas, úlceras,
epilepsia, pele, cefaleias, dor no estomago
e como vulnerária.

Due to its appearance with other plants of the sedum family, it is grown as a garden plant. In winter the leaves turn red. As a medicinal plant the fresh juice of its leaves is used for the treatment of gastric diseases, inflammation, bruises, sprains, bruises, gangrenous wounds, ulcers, epilepsy, skin, headache, stomach pain and as a vulnerable.
